PUMPKIN MUFFINS


6 cups flour
3 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp. Plus  1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. salt
6 cups sugar
1 can Libby Pumpkin  Pure
1 cup orange juice
3cups chocolate chips ( I use  equel parts dark and milk chocolate)

Preheat oven to 350 F. 

For muffins fill the pans with muffin linners.  Add 1/4 cup to each one.  Special thanks to Corol for sharing these with our family.  YUM!
